Activate Camps has the widest range of sport and activity holiday camps in the UK. Welcome to Activate Camps! We create fun, safe, and engaging camps where kids and teens can develop their skills and confidence. With a wide range of sport-specific and activity camps, every child has the opportunity to be at their BEST. Through a mix of technical training sessions, exciting challenges, and team games, including the Activate Games. There’s something for everyone to enjoy while learning and having FUN! Activate Camps are running a variety of multi-sport and sport specific camps this year at St George’s College. CODE CAMP 27-29 MAY 2025 NEW - One-Day Camps Only £48 per day ALL NEW FOR 2025 - OUR 1-DAY CODING CAMPS!! During May half term Code Camp will be offering a series of 1-day coding camps 2D camps on offer (drag and drop coding): Tues 27th: Jet Pack Jam Weds 28th: Maze Munch Thurs 29th: Space Invaders At the end of each day, your child will have a fully functioning mini game that we will publish so they can play at home! They can also continue coding using the tutorials on Code Camp World, from the comfort of your own home. 3D camps on offer (line coding): If your child would like more of a challenge they can opt to do a 1-day 3D coding camp during May half term. This camp utilises JavaScript and is perfect for very keen coders. Please note the content is repeated on 27th, 28th and 29th May. Children are very welcome to do this camp more than once but the content will be the same. Cost: £48 per day Timings: 8:30am - 4pm Ages: 7-12 Choose to do 1, 2 or 3 days! 28th May 2025 Ballet Exam Coaching Workshop Primary & Grade 1 Ballet Workshop Wednesday 28th May 2025 08:30 - 11:15 Activity Centre, St George's College, Weybridge, KT15 2QS £35 A structured workshop focusing on classical ballet technique for students at Primary & Grade 1 level. Taught by RAD qualified & registered teacher Grace Buskell with the help of experienced dance teaching assistants. Open to Relevé School of Ballet students and dancers from other backgrounds who are either studying RAD Primary/Grade 1 or dancing to an equivalent standard Students from other dance schools or who have studied other ballet syllabus (e.g. IDTA/BBO/ISTD) are very welcome to join, with permission of their teacher. The main focus of the workshop is prac the RAD syllabus but there will also be time for a few games & colouring for the younger children. Workshop benefits: • Extended period of time to work on RAD Primary & Grade 1 syllabus requirements. • Help meet RAD recommended guided learning hours (40 hours Primary & 60 hours Grade 1) in preparation for RAD exams. • Build children's overall confidence in class. • Improve classical ballet technique. • Enhance performance skills. • Develop musicality & virtuosity. • Focus on the character dancing technique required for Grade 1. • Enjoy dancing, games & colouring with friends. Miss Maddie will teach a jazz class , followed by a stretch class. Open to Relevé School of Ballet students and dancers from other backgrounds who are dancing to at least RAD Grade 4 standard or equivalent.
